Anglesey Hotel - The Restaurant

Following the successful transformation of the Anglesey Hotel bar, attention turned to the adjoining restaurant — a space ready for a light but thoughtful refresh.

The goal was to create a more refined, intimate atmosphere to complement the lively bar next door. A new colour palette of warm neutrals and patterned wallpaper softened the space, drawing attention to original features like the black marble fireplace and wooden floors.

Furniture was updated with neutral tones — soft beiges and muted greens — to add depth while maintaining a calm, elegant feel. Lighting was replaced to offer a gentler ambiance, and traditional oil paintings were introduced as a nod to the building’s heritage.

The result is a timeless setting for relaxed dining, wedding receptions, and memorable gatherings — perfect for everything from breakfast to celebration dinners.
